TIM RITCHIE, BA FCA - DIRECTOR

Tim Ritchie, founder of NEAT, is an experienced corporate financier and chartered accountant (FCA) having held a variety of positions within regulated, public, and private company environments and in an advisory capacity within professional services organisations during the last 19 years. Tim’s mergers and acquisition experience includes the development and execution of acquisition growth programmes across SRA, FCA and MOJ regulated sectors. More generally, Tim has a track record of delivering a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity backed and leveraged MBO's/MBI's, and fundraisings. Tim believes passionately that appropriate and robust financial appraisal supports better decision making; he is an advocate of, and signatory to, the FAST Standard.
